(Short lease pursuant to Italian Decree Law 50/2017)

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Upon arrival, guests are required to sign the rental agreement and acknowledge the house rules.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
In this case, 100% of the paid prepayments will be refunded.

A security deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival or on site by credit card.
The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after departure, provided no damage or loss to the property has occurred.

Tourist tax is not included and must be paid locally, according to municipal regulations.
